This collection updates the classic damask by layering traditional patterns with graphic stripes. Four designs based on documents in the Sanderson archive have been redrawn and simplified to create bold but classic designs. Colourways reflect the trend for more unusual combinations – silver with chartreuse and purple with taupe are included in the seven colour groups to suit both classic and contemporary interiors. The designs are all woven in a mixture of cotton/nylon warps and use cotton or linen wefts making them suitable for curtain and contract upholstery use.
